Our Process
The bulk of our new clients comes from existing client relationships, attorneys, accountants or other allied professionals.
We begin with a 15 minute “Get Acquainted Telephone Call” in which we learn a little about your situation and attempt to determine how we might be of service to you.
Once we both feel comfortable, we then proceed to a one-hour, full initial consultation. In this meeting, we start to formulate your financial goals and concerns, identify potential obstacles, and address any questions you may have. This is a thorough examination which usually lasts 1-1.5 hours and is free of charge. We suggest you bring any documents to this meeting you feel would assist us in addressing your goals.
At the end of this consultation, the objective is to know whether we can work together to help achieve your financial goals. If so, we map out a plan of how to proceed, including what we plan to do for you, the cost, and the process we will go through together.
Once you agreed to engage with our firm, we schedule an implementation meeting approximately two weeks later. Each client’s individual circumstances and goals determines our process for work to be completed from that point forward.
